For customers who have purchased at Hoang Sa Viet company , customers are entitled to the exchange and refund policy when encountering one of the following problems:

• Product is defective or damaged in transit

• The product is complete with accessories, manuals, ...
• In case the product needs to be exchanged during the promotion period, please exchange the product during the promotion period.

Hoang Sa Viet is free to return and exchange for customers when buying goods in case the product is defective, scratched during shipping, delivered by mistake.

However, in case the customer wants to exchange the product or does not want to receive the goods for subjective reasons, the customer should pay the shipping fee in this case.
